There was 4.97% increase on category four entries compared to the previous year.
Out of all entries, 18.86% were of category 4 cats.
The amount of female entries has been rising while less males are entered to the shows.
Below are the percentages of category 4 breeds in the category.
And percentage amounts of entries when calculated against the total amount of entries from all categories.
The "winner" with gains was Don Sphynx which gained 1100% more entries for 2017 than 2016 (from one entry to 12 entries). Biggest "looser" was balinese with -80% less entries than previous year.
The chart below shows the most popular colors (ranking per 2017) as percentages of category four cats.
And the popularity placement (according to 2017). The top three colors have remained the same.
According to the base color, blue (n) was the most popular one, followed by n (black).
Majority (73%) of entries did not have any amounts of white. Bicolor was the most popular amount of white with 13%.
21 (unspecified tabby) was the most popular tabby marking followed closely by spotted tabby (24).
During 2017 the cats were entered to show classes as follows.
The chart below shows the percentage difference between 2016 and 2017 entries per show class.
The amount of neuters has decreased (calculated from adult entries - classes 1-10). Also amount of kittens/juniors (classes 11 and 12) has slightly decreased from 2016.
During 2017 less cats received nomination, as well as there were less cats receiving BIS/BOS result, but amount of cats that were nominated higher percentage gained BIS/BOS.

and the amount of entries per class that received BIS or BOS result. Only 5.45% of Open class entries (class 9) were awarded BIS/BOS while 60% of class 8 entries were given BIS/BOS.
The amount of BIV (Best in Variety) has decreased from 2016 to 2017.
Mrs. Britta Busse had 7.55% of all category four entries assigned to her.
