Below are the statistics for Persians (PER) in Polish FIFe-catshows during 2017.
There were 141 entries in 2017. The amount of Persian entries has been on decline since the category change that took place at beginning of 2016.
Below are the PER entries split per sex.
During 2017 most of the PER entries were for male cats.
As the below chart shows, the amount of males is increasing while amount of female entries is dropping.
Most popular color in shows was ns 11, which had total of 17 entries.
Below is a table showing the placement of popularity of colors during years 2015-2017. As example n 01 62 was the second most popular color during 2017 when 2016 it did not have any entries.
When looking at the base color (removing white markings and tabby), d (red) was the most popular during 2017.
Majority (62%) of entries did not have any white markings.
Most popular tabby was 22 (blotched) with 8%. 82% of all entries did not have any agouti markings.
The cats were entered to show classes as below.

23.80% of all adult (classes 1-10) were neuters.
Results awarded per show class can be seen below. There were no BIV results for Persians during 2017.
Absence percentage was 8.51% for 2017.
51.77% of all PER entries gained nomination for Best in Show.
29% of all PER entries gained Best in Show result
This comes down to 56% of all nominated persians gaining BIS.
Mrs. Malgorzata Prus evaluated most persians together with Mrs. Vanda Marija Godek.
Most of the cats were evaluated by Polish judges.
