Below are the statistics for Maine Coon (MCO) from FIFe catshows held in Poland during 2017.
There were total of 1844 entries for MCO during 2017, which is 3.15% less than previous year.
There are more entries for females than for males and during the past years the amount of males has been slowly declining while amount of female entries keeps climbing.
Below is a chart showing the most popular colors for MCO.
The table below shows the popularity placement of colors during 2015-2016. Top 5 has pretty much stayed the same.
The chart below shows the "base" colors. n (black) was the most popular (23.96%) followed by d (red).
The below chart shows the percentage amounts of entries based on their base colors between 2015 and 2017. Amount of red cats has been on rise while amount of black cats has been dropping.
53% of all MCO entries did not have any white markings.
Below chart shows the amounts of white as percentages for years 2015 and 2017.
39% of the entries did not have any tabby markings. 22 (blotched) was the most popular.
Amount of solid cats has been on increase from 2015 to 2017.
The cats were entered to show classes as follows. Class 15 is for out of competition, class 16 is for litters and class 17 is for veteran entries.

The amount of adult cats (classes 1-10) has been on decline.
During 2017 10.13% of all adult entries (classes 1-10) were neuters.
And 35.30% of entries were kittens/juniors (classes 11 and 12)

Absence percentage was 13.75%.
Out of all entries 21.80% were nominated during 2017.
and 7.21% of all MCO entries gained Best in Show.
This comes to 33.08% for cats being nominated to gain BIS.
14.37% of all entries for MCO received BIV (Best in variety).

Even males had less entries overall, they received more BIVs.
BIVs were distributed in show classes as follow. No neuter BIVs were given during 2017.
Mr. Mirek Skotarczyk from Poland had the most MCOs assigned. This is 5.85% of all MCO entries.
Polish judges had bit over 22% of all MCO entries assigned to them.

There were more entries on Saturday than on Sunday.
26.13% of MCO entries were present in show organized in Warsaw.
