2017 statistics - Bengal (BEN)

During 2017 there were total of 313 entries signed to Polish FIFe-catshows for Bengals.

The amount of bengals increased almost 47% from 2016 to 2017.


Below chart shows the amounts of entries per sex and year.

61% of all bengal entries for 2017 were female.

Most common color was n 24 (78.59%)

24 was by far the most popular tabby pattern.
 The below chart shows the entries per show class (class 15 - Out of competition, class 16 - litter)

 and comparison to previous years.

The amount of neuters had dramatically dropped from 2015 and 2016 to 2.33%.

Results gained were as below.

The absence percentage has dropped. Still 2016 almost every fourth bengal was signed as absent on show day when 2017 it was roughly one in ten.

44 BIVs were given, all for n 24 registered entries.

When compared to the amount of entered cats, the percentage of gaining BIV has solidly climbed up from previous years.

18.53% of all BEN entries gained nomination.

This comes to 5.43% of all BEN entries gaining BIS. It is quite an increase compared to 2016 (2.83%) and 2015 (3.09%).

29.31% of all nominated bengals were awarded BIS result.
 The below chart shows the entered cats per judge, having Mr. Robert Nowak on place number one with most bengals assigned.
 Most of the cats were evaluated by Polish judges.
