2016 statistics - Bengals

Below you can find the statistics for breed "Bengal". As earlier, the data has been gathered from catshow.eu website and due human errors there might be mistakes.

During 2016 there were 212 bengals in the show (amount of entries, not individual cats).

61% of the signed cats were female, which is 4% higher than the all breed average, and during 2016 total of 4 litters were presented in shows.

The bengals presented represent the following colors.

and they were split in show classes as per table below. No veterans were presented during 2016. Majority of the cats were shown in Open Class (9) and only 13 entries were for neuter classes.


The results are as follows. The absence percentage is 24% which is one of the highest percentages for all breeds during 2016. Category 3 ABS percentage for 2016 was 11%.


39 bengals were nominated for BIS and 6 BIS results were gained. Three of these went for litter, 2 for neuter and one for class 9 cat.


Following judges evaluated bengals during 2016.
And the split between the country of judge is as follows.
The bengals were present in the shows as follows, and from the graph it is visible that most of the cats were presented at the fall time.

Following chart shows the amount of bengal entries per organizing club.
During 2016 most points in the national competition were gained by SC Wall-E Housetiger*PL and in all breed competition placed #192.
