Firstly, our loved housecat Mr.Elb slept away on 26th of October. He had become very ill, and finally besides of all the treatments, his body just did not have the strength to fight any longer and he slept away peacefully in arms of his daddy. Mr. Elb is never going to be forgotten, and his memory is still lingering at our home.
It is not just us who are missing Mr.Elb, but also his best friend Warre who hasn't been the same since his wrestling buddy left us. Mr. Elb touched so many lives and so many people and cats miss his presence.

To some more positive things...
Our crowd grew last year, when our new import, Siru alias FI*Wildhawk's Bena joined our family at spring 2015. I would like to thank her breeder Kirsi Vanhanen for the trust and opportunity to have this little always hungry oriental in our home. I hope this is a beginning for longer term co-operation between our catteries.

Year 2015 was awesome when seeing the results list. Our cattery got three!! NW15 titles. So I proudly present to you :
NW15 GIC Blackrock Via Nocturna, JW (OSH n 03 25)
NW15 CorwaElucca Via Nocturna, JW (OSH h 24)
NW15 Lilith, DSM (HCS n 09)
Her Highness, Lilith The Mighty Minikitten, Ultimate ruler of the Universe, Slavemaster of all mankind (and bearer of other suitable, but catchy titles) |
Darkmoon Via Nocturna, JW (OSH n) was our fourth home bred Junior Winner.
26th of September CorwaElucca was Best of Best in SMK Jedynka catshow. She was just bit over 4 months old!
Other titles gained was GIC for Blackrock, IP for Warre (IC & IP Rimppakintun Aamuvarhain, OLH e 24). Siru (FI*Wildhawk's Bena) got also her Junior Winner title and Champion title.
So it was in overall very good year when looking at the show results.
We had four litters also born during 2015.
C-litter born on 19th of April, 2015
D-litter born on 10th of May, 2015
E-litter born 25th of June, 2015
F-litter born 16th of December, 2015
Excellent Choco Via Nocturna - OSH b 03 24 |
Doomhammer Via Nocturna moved to Finland and still has his little jingle balls, and I hope to use him for breeding during the upcoming year.
Other kittens were neutered and went to live their lives as pampered pets. Every single baby from these litters is very precious to me :)
F-litter kittens are still so small that they have to wait their new homes until end of March.
So that is in short our year 2015. I would like to thank all the judges who evaluated our cats in the shows for their kind comments about their quality. And also I want to thank all the friends who stood by us during this year, especially Eeva-Leena Juntunen from Willicon Cattery in Finland, Marzena Wlodarska from cattery Ari-Gan*PL as well as Norbert Gront. And all the others who I forget to mention at this point (same head year around, so things keep slipping).
But the biggest thanks go to the owners of our kittens. Without you, we would not be where we are today. And I am so happy to see some of you coming to the shows 2016. Thank you!
Year 2016 will bring us new challenges and also we'll take a little side quest to get to know another breed better and enjoy some fluffiness at our home.
